Product tour - 4 min read

Six features that keep QR codes editable after they are printed.

A walkthrough of the tools your team will actually use - from the dynamic editor to smart routing, scan analytics, and uptime alerts. Play with a live QR as you go.

01
Create & edit

Make a code in seconds. Change where it points after printing.

Pick a type, set the destination, brand it, and generate the code. The printed QR code is permanent; the destination is stored on our servers, so you can point it somewhere new anytime, without a reprint.

02
Scan analytics

Every scan. Where, when, on what, and from where.

Open any code and see what's actually happening - total scans and trends over time, top devices and browsers, top countries and cities, and the sources behind them. Filter by code, folder, or date range, and export to CSV for any report.

Filter by code, folder, or date range, then export the lot to CSV whenever a report's due.
03
Branding

Codes that look like you, not a barcode generator.

Set the foreground and background, drop your logo in the middle, and pick the dot and corner style - then preview it live. Some stylised shapes scan less reliably, so the editor flags it the moment a choice trades looks for readability.

Uptime monitoring

Your code is fine. We watch the page it points to.

Turn on monitoring for any destination and we check it on a schedule. If it goes down, you get an email, usually before a customer notices. See response time, incident history, and SSL certificate expiry at a glance.

Routing & scheduling

One code. Different destinations for different people.

One code can lead to different destinations based on who scans it, where they are, and when they scan. Send Android users to the Play Store and iOS users to the App Store, point EU visitors to a localised page, and send weekend scans to your menu and weekday scans to your booking form. Rules match by country, operating system, day of week, and time of day.

Team workspaces

Bring your team into one workspace.

On Business, invite up to 10 members and give each a role - Owner, Admin, or Member. Organise codes into folders, and transfer ownership without involving us. Everyone works in the same place instead of sharing one login.

More details

Practical tools around the core QR workflow.

The main tour covers the big pieces. These are the smaller day-to-day parts that help teams keep codes organised, exported, and ready for print.

PNG, SVG, and PDF downloads
Export the same QR code in formats that work for print, web, and handoff to a designer.
File download QR codes
Point a code at brochures, manuals, menus, or documents people need to download.
Social and app-store codes
Create codes for social profiles, app-store links, Wi-Fi, vCards, email, and more.
CSV and Excel export
Take scan data out of the dashboard when you need a report or spreadsheet.
Folders for campaigns
Keep codes grouped by campaign, client, location, or brand instead of one long list.
Roles and invites
On Business, invite team members and give each person the access they need.
Ownership transfer
Move a workspace to another owner when a project changes hands.
EU data handling
EU-based processing, clear subprocessors, and privacy details that are easy to find.
